Okay. I have been working on these Auto Updates for many hours. This is the last one I have to do and then I can go on the vacation I have been on for the last eleven days. This blog is being posted while I am in the airport waiting to fly home to New York. I am pretty positive that I am way more broke for the trip and that some really crazy shit has happened and that some bad shit has happened. I am sure I have spent at least one night asleep in a rental car. But then again, assuming my computer has not been destroyed, I have been updating this site reasonably regularly over the last 11 days and that you know more about my current situation that I do. So, now it is back to New York and I have to get a real job. Fuck. And on to the last auto update…

Honestly it seems everyone I know is good friends with Spank Rock. I met that dude once and took a shitty photo of him so I am not going to talk. Anyway, the point is, I should have blogged about this video the day it came out when JessieLee sent it to me, but I just bookmarked it and forgot about it. This video is very NSFW. Like, I have no idea how it is on YouTube. I guess boobs can go on there now… good to know… Anyway, my friend JessieLee is naked in it and I dig the song a lot and it has nothing to do with Lindsay Lohan… So I dig it. Loose – Spank Rock & Benny Blanco Featuring Amanda Blank

I am going to be back in New York at 9AM tomorrow morning. I have a ton of weird photos to go up, but I have had no time to deal with them. I have been pretty busy and in a room full of like 20 people at all times. It is sort of hard to get work done. I left my sleeping pills in LA so last night I woke up like every 20 minutes. It is sort of amazing that I got any sleep at all. With the altitude, lack of sleep and my allergies I feel absolutely horrible. It is so weird to be here because I don’t know anyone in Hollywood and I don’t know how to get into any parties. I just randomly walked the street, but I did run into my friend Joe Swanberg who is covering Sundance for Myspace. He is a reasonably respected director and couldn’t really get into any parties either. The two of us and a bunch of his friends sort of ran around doing nothing and they went to hang out at their place and I went home and tried to sleep. Anyway, this is sort of unexciting, but I did meet Danny Glover. Check out one of Joe’s videos below.

One of my favorite websites of all time is Japander.com.  I don’t know why I never hear about this site anymore… You would think with YouTube and Blogs being so forced in our faces that these out of country celebrity ads would be more popular.  Japander has so many videos of HUGE celebrities selling bullshit in Asia and Europe.  The Arnold Schwarzenegger commercials are the one that put this site on the map back in the day.  The are insane.  Anyway, the video I found recently I did not find on Japander, it just made me think about that site.  This is a video of Michael “Boogaloo Shrimp” Chambers AKA Turbo from Breakin’ and Breakin’ 2: Electric Boogaloo selling Aqua Fresh toothpaste in Japan.  It is fucking surreal.

Fuck.  I have been awake for 32 straight hours.  It is so fucking cold in Utah.  I took photos of celebrities holding products all fucking day today.  One party I tried to go to ended when I got there, the other was too crowded.  I just went back to this HUGE penthouse sweet I am staying in. Oh.. on the flight here they searched my bag and there was like 8 porn DVDs, a bunch of copies of my x-rated x-mas card, a book on pornographic motel photos and a clown mask.  Fucking embarrassing.

I have to sleep.  So busy.  Will try to update in future.

About this time I have been in Utah for 6 hours.  Hopefully my friend got off work and has picked up up from the airport in Salt Lake City and we are in Park City stalking celebrities.  This is the part of my trip I am most worried about since I am counting on a girl I barely know for both housing and a ride.  I also am counting on someone I have never met to get me some opportunities for good shooting.  It is also the only point in my trip when I am going to need my giant winter coat that I have to lug around with me all this time.  Grr…

Anyway, here is an audio recording set to video that explains the famous Amen loop.  If you are a fan of hip hop, jungle, or really any music that involves sampling in anyway you should watch this.  All you DJs need to recognize as well.   Also anyone who is interested in copyright law or how it applies to intellectual properties such as music and film should watch it.  Really, while not being as out of control as some of the other videos I post on here, it is just fucking interesting.

I am a few hours away from leaving this city. I didn’t really do anything productive while I was here. I shot one party and one girl and got a bunch of free porn. Last night Day By Day took me to this illegal Japanese piano bar where the woman who owned it sang lounge music in Spanish. According to some people at the bar she used to be as big as Madonna in Japan. I am not sure if they were talking about the pop singer or the religious icon. There was a 6 dollar cover to get in and I had to buy a $5 water, but it was the water was insane looking and they gave us free pop corn. Afterwards we got very lost because everyone including the driver was completely drunk. There was some sort of insane argument over directions and we almost crashed several times. Madness.
