Trash – 6.20.08
3 weeks ago I didn’t take photos at Trash because it was my birthday. 2 weeks ago it got raided. 1 week ago I was working another party. I had to go shoot it last night. While Trash is not really the same as it was when it was at Rififi, I still find that I have a lot of fun there, although it has a different feel. Last night there was some private party for some button ups at the same time as Trash so there were all these square people mixing in with the already strangely mixed crowd of Trash. I met a group of like 5 or 6 really cute girls and it turned out one of them is from DC. She lives like 3 blocks from where I saw a 14 year old kid get beaten to death in the middle of the street. Since I am in DC all the time, I was excited to meet her because I have almost no one in DC to hang out with when I am visiting my parents. I spend most of my time there watching HBO On Demand. Hopefully this girl can introduce me to something fun to do there again since all my old friends moved. I did not shoot a lot, and I got dragged out of there early, but I got a few shots before the rest of my mostly boring and slightly drama filled night that I am not going to bore you with here.
