One of the questions that questionable pollers ask is which candidate would you rather have a beer with.  Well I don’t drink, but any man who can mention pie 15 times in 90 second without sounding like a complete lunatic has my vote.   I am a key lime man myself, but this country is all about diversity and I am pretty comfortable supporting a candidate who would support a wide range of pies all the way from coconut to sweet potato.  Well meow, God bless America.

Update:
Okay.  I am awake.  The other day I got a phone call from Good Morning America while I was at work.  They wanted me to come in that day to shoot something about the cheating video on You Tube.  My boss let me leave for a few hours, but I had to come in early yesterday to make up for it.  Anyway, I coincidently was wearing the sweater that I had on in the video.  It was probably the first time I have worn it since then.  I also hadn’t shaved in a few days so on the way to the studio I bought a razor and a hoodie from Duane Reed.  I then shaved in a Starbucks bathroom homeless style.  I got lost on the way to the studio due to bad directions, so I was running and when I got there I was thirsty and sweaty and my hair was a mess.  I thought they would have some sort of stylist or something, but they didn’t even give me a mirror so I just sort of pushed my hair down which is why I sort of look odd on TV.  Anyway, they interviewed me for like 10 minutes and aired about 5 seconds.  I figured they wouldn’t show much, but it was even less than I expected, but they did show a lot of my video which was cool.    I am not sure why I went on, when it was clear that I am a bad guy for teaching kids to cheat, but its not every day 5 million people watch you do anything, so why not, good story.  My mom was not pleased with this response, but what can you do?  She was even less pleased when my fundamentalist Christian aunt saw it, but what can you do?  Such is life.  I have gotten a bunch of hate mail from it, but mostly positive stuff.  Anyway, watch it, it’s pretty silly.  I’ve been emailing with the girl in it, and she’s doing something for CBS next week and has gotten even more hate mail than me!  I hope nothing bad happens with her, she’s young enough that this video might get her in trouble.

Oh yeah, the video was posted on the main page of Yahoo.com all day yesterday too… Jeez.. If only it mentioned this site some how, I might have some traffic.  Honestly that is the most disappointing thing is that all this exposure has done almost nothing for my traffic… Sigh…  Make me feel better, if you have a blog, link to this!  Or not…  I am going to go finish season 4 of Weeds.  The very late photos from Wednesday will be up before midnight…

Good Lemonade, great movies.  A legend died yesterday at age 83.  Paul Newman was one of the forefathers of competitive eating.  Newman’s record of 50 hard-boiled eggs stood for many years until Sonya Thomas ate 65 eggs in under 7 minutes. Bad ass motherfucker who even looked in a sun hat.  You will be missed.

I have to work so I am going to miss them… but why watch the debates when you can watch Hockey Mom the movie…

The first time I saw Dave Hill do stand up about two years ago he showed a video of him interviewing people at Fashion Week.  It pretty much blew me away.  Yesterday I got an email from him with the newest video in his Fashion Week series.  I think you need to check it out as it is once again amazing.  In fact, I am posting the newest one on top and then the older ones below.  Make sure you check Dave Hill online here, or if you speak Japanese here.

The Miami Dolphins could in fact be the greatest football team every to play the game of football.  Okay, maybe that is a slight exaggeration, but last week when they got embarrassed by the historically lowly Arizona Cardinals I was sure they were the worst team to ever play the game, so watching them beat the living snot out of the hated New England Patriots was enough to bring tears to my eyes.  Seriously, I only got 3 hours of sleep last night and I actually considered sleeping in and missing the game.  It would have been the first game I missed since 2003.  Thank god I woke up randomly at noon.

I am sure you don’t care but Ronnie Brown lined up as quarter back six times during the game and scored on 4 of those plays including a passing touchdown.  He rushed for over 100 yards with 5 scores.  Ricky Williams also had nearly 100 yards and they gave up no sacks and no turnovers.  Fucking brilliant.

Okay, so I am going to take a nap now, but Jesus fucking Christ I am ecstatic.  Miami Dolphins #1!

Honestly I have been super busy and slightly blocked of late.  I feel like I am slacking, but fashion week and porn conventions kicked my ass.  This video has been all over the internet of late and I listen to it pretty much every day.  It is a Christian ska song called Jesus is my friend by Sonseed.  You can download the full CD here.  Hopefully I will have new real content soon.  I have some video and a few other things I just need to get together.  See you soon.

Two of my friends bands just have new videos online. Both Prabir and The Substitutes and Gang are fucking awesome. Gang has a new live video out of their new B Side and Prabir has a new video out. I am going to be in NJ all day for this porn convention thing. If things go well I should have some crazy fucking photos for you soon, but in the mean time I am just going to leave you guys with these videos from some amazing bands.

This could be one of the best things I have ever seen dealing with politics on the even smaller screen. And just FYI it is from 23/6 which is quickly becoming my favorite website. The Get Your War On cartoons are even better than the comic, and my man Eugene Mirman kills it 24/7.

I have been sent this three times already, it clearly has to be seen. The Karl Rove thing is the best because I expect him to be a little slicker than this. Dick Morris and Bill O’Riley are hypocritical assholes anyway, so it is expected. Still this video is amazing. Send it to a conservative friend.

Oooh.  So I told you I would have video from the fight Tuesday night.  It is pretty blurry and I wasn’t looking in the camera when I was filming so I miss a lot of shit, but the audio is nice.  This is after the fight and this dude is just threatening the bouncers that he will be back.  There is also a little surprise at the end!

What the fuck? I remember Sesame Street pretty well… or so I thought. I guess I did not realize how many of their jokes are completely over little kids heads… and probably most normal adults. After seeing a very strange episode of Monsterpeice Theater on YouTube I decided to search out some of the strangest episodes. Each episode is a parody of Masterpiece Theater, only they mostly focus on obscure movies and they don’t really have anything to do with the movie. But it is pretty mind blowing. Just watch.

The 400 Blows
Ah, the Truffaut classic. French New Wave at it’s finest… Although this script is adapted slightly more literally… I think Grover does a pretty good job as Antoine Doniel… or maybe not. At least it has subtitles.

Monsters With Dirty Faces
Anyone who knows me should know that James Cagney is my favorite actor. One of his classic gangster films has been parodied here. I am not sure how many adults have seen Angels With Dirty Faces, much less little children, but other than the rough demeanor of the monsters and the Irish cop, they don’t have much in common. The quality on this video sucks, sorry.

Twin Beaks
This is how I found these videos and is probably one of the weirdest things I have ever seen. It features an interview with “David Finch” and thanks to an actual talking Log we find out the mystery of the town “Twin Beaks”. And I don’t want to ruin the surprise or anything but it has nothing to do with Laura Palmer.

There are a bunch of these online, but these three have to be my favorites.  And they teach us valuable lessons that we should remember always.  Remember that 400 is a really big number, always to wash your face, and that asking questions is important even if the creepy two faced birds wont tell you, you just keep asking and keep asking and eventually an anthropomorphic log will tell you everything you need to know.
