This is really old school Municipal Waste.  I just found this tape I made of them in like 2002.  This was some weird show in the brightest room I have ever seen at the University of MD. I drove down to the show with PCP Roadblock and we tried to represent Richmond, VA to the fullest. It was probably the worst Waste show I ever went to, but the only watchable footage I have of them.  Municipal Waste is going to fuck you up.
